Les ingrédients pour 2 personnes :
- 250ml de boisson végétale à l’amande Bio
- 100g de framboise
- 3 à 4 feuilles de menthe
- (5 à 6) glaçons
Recette :
- Lavez et coupez les framboises
- Dans un Blender déposez les framboise coupées, le lait d’amande, et des morceaux de feuilles de menthe ainsi que les glaçons.
- Mixez le tout pour obtenir un mélange homogène
- Versez dans un verre
Astuce :
Si il y a trop de pépins à votre goût passez le smoothie au tamis (chinois) avant de le servir.
